My Way Code is an ‘interactive journey’ evidence based experience, addressing peoples mental wellbeing, building self care and resilience whilst navigating life’s transitions and events. It uses commonly known road signs to flag or progress along each visual journey.
The MWC mission to bring the opportunity for everyone to have the effect of having a great therapist, coach, mentor who doesn’t give us the answers but asks questions to reveal our strengths, beliefs, resources, impact of others so that we can navigate life with more agency and autonomy. And do this through innovative tech - gamification, animation/videos, AI, VR and wearables.
My Way Code is an Online, Multi-Media-App and Group based personal development programme for all age groups, focused in the mental health arena, building emotional resilience, autonomy, personal responsibility and identity of an individual. Healthy Minds = Happy Healthy people.
It is a Person-centred toolkit - Users build their awareness and strategies personal to them. Instead of just providing a solution that users choose to apply, My Way Code strives to promote agency, autonomy and taking personal responsibility for understanding why we may think and behave the way we do and choose ways to change or manage this.
