This not only leads to improved outcomes for jobseekers but also enhances the efficiency of organisations and policymakers. Founded by Dr. Joanna Butler, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, MyEmploy benefits from her extensive international experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based education and employability services. Dr. Butler’s expertise spans various learner demographics, primarily within public sector environments focused on decentralised welfare services.
