Hello, I’m Edward Mbanasor (BSc (Hons), founder, medical student & certified personal trainer). After facing the common problems students come across in my journey to fitness and health, during 5 years as a full-time university student, I had to find a solution.
MyStudentFitness offers students, of all levels and backgrounds, access to expert, evidence-informed and reliable guidance to empower them to reach their goals, meanwhile, finding the right study-life balance.
