NAI har konsesjon fra Finanstilsynet til å forvalte alternative investeringsfond etter AIF-loven § 2-2 (1).
Selskapet eies 85 % av Njord Securities AS og 15 % av partnere i NAI, og inngår i Njord Group AS, hvor Glastad-familien er majoritetseier.
