nanoPHAB® is the novel pure play III-V nanophotonics foundry that provides micro- and nanofabrication services for a wide range of photonics applications and customers from Universities and R&D to SMEs.
As a spin-off of the University of Technology of Eindhoven and supported by the advanced facilities of NanoLab@TU/e, nanoPHAB® efficiently provides the high quality and cost effective foundry services required by your ideas and products to enter the micro- and nanophotonics world.
nanoPHAB® offers R&D and fabrication services to all those fabless customers interested in the realization of III-V and III-V on silicon nanophotonic components and circuits for photonics applications. To this aim, it can design, validate and develop the required fabrication processes at the core of prototypes, demonstrators and (series) products, in collaboration with the customers and photonic design houses for their design, packaging and testing.
