The Nashville Junior Chamber was founded in 1921 for the purpose of offering civic and social opportunities for young professionals in the Nashville area. As our organization evolved, these opportunities changed and adapted. Despite the variations in events, one thing remains constant: NJC opportunities enable members to connect with other young professionals and established business leaders while engaging in unparalleled hands-on professional development and leadership training.
