NAS began out of the desire to contribute to the community's well-being by providing job opportunities to help against poverty and unemployment. The founders realize the need in the Jordanian community for an online daily employment agency that fills the void left by other temporary and permanent placement agencies. NAS matches specifically skilled workers with clients, saving businesses time and money while dealing with the workers with honesty and honour. This requires a high level of communication governance that allows us to listen to open-ended questions by whom we serve (clients & and workers alike) and provide practical answers and innovative solutions (not just talking and selling of our services). At the end of the day, NAS is considered a quality service with purpose. Workforce casualization is the process in which employment shifts from full-time and permanent positions to casual and contract positions (daily and monthly jobs). NAS is an online brokerage service, where we provide job opportunities for the benefit of the youth to fill their knowledge, experience and pocket. We focus on displacing the current offline employment process in the market with an online systematic process that allows companies to benefit from (ordering workers, accepting workers' requests, efficient rating system, profiling system, monthly invoices and dynamic online workflow) in multiple fields and industries.
