About National Epitaxy Facility
The EPSRC National Epitaxy Facility plays a central role in enabling world class III-V and group V semiconductor research in the UK. It has wide ranging capabilities in epitaxy (MBE and MOCVD) and characterization facilities. As well as supporting the UK university research we play an equally significant role in enabling developments in UK industry.
