I am currently a research associate at the National Epitaxy Facility (NEF), producing advanced semiconductor materials for academic and industrial users by Metal-Organic Vapour-Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE). I have worked with various material systems, spanning III-As/P/Bi alloys on GaAs and produced various quantum confined structures including quantum wells and Stranski-Krastanov quantum dots.I attained a first class Masters degree in Microelectronics from the University of Sheffield in 2017 and completed my PhD research into Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) growth of dilute bismide semiconductor alloys in 2022.
