WHAT WE DO INVESTMENTS NATLAND Group invests in stakes in promising medium-sized enterprises, interesting projects at an early stage of development, as well as in companies in difficult economic situations (distressed assets). The group often not only provides financial resources, but its team is also actively involved in the necessary measures identified in the development or restructuring plan, prepared together with the company management and owners. The second area of investment consists of real estate projects, especially residential development. NATLAND Group’s advantages include speed and flexible approach in combination with the Group’s own team covering all activities and life stages of these types of projects – preparation, design, market analysis, project management, marketing and sale. With regard to its projects, the Group seeks more than just profits, always trying to focus on qualitative trends and well thought-out designs. FINANCIAL SERVICES In financial services, NATLAND Group focuses on medium-sized enterprises and investors in the SME segment. These are special types of financial services, such as restructuring, mezzanine financing and tolling. NATLAND Group offers its services to company owners or managers who need a financial partner to overcome a difficult financial situation or to finance development using a mezzanine source in the event of insufficient funds (equity).
