NCF has been providing custom crush services since 2016, sometimes processing over 500 tons in a single harvest season, with nearly 150 ferments. We offer extensive winemaking knowledge and experience. Naumes Crush & Fermentation will do all the heavy lifting – from crush to bottle. Once your estate-grown or purchased fruit arrives. We will sort, process, ferment, barrel, and bottle it.
