NCC-HR: Croatian Cybersecurity Coordination Centre

Founded with the goal of consolidating expert knowledge and strengthening capabilities in defense against cyber attacks, the National Coordination Center for Industry, Technology, and Research in the field of cybersecurity empowers Croatia to fully leverage new opportunities within the European Union. Established by the Government of the Republic of Croatia on October 25, 2023, and operational within the Croatian Academic and Research Network - CARNET as of December 1, 2023, the NCC-HR is dedicated to enhancing the nation’s cybersecurity resilience. Guided by Regulation (EU) 2021/887, the NCC-HR is at the forefront of implementing high standards and comprehensive solutions across people, products, processes, and technology. In an increasingly interconnected world, where digital technologies are integral to daily life and economic stability, the NCC-HR plays a critical role in defending against cyber threats. Our mission includes encouraging investment in cybersecurity, fostering the adoption of key technologies, and promoting the active participation of SMEs, academic and research communities, and other stakeholders in EU-funded cross-border projects.
