Proudly South African, Ndwala Construction was established in 2018, as a building and construction company, with a Level 4 BBEEE rating. We are a business dedicated to collaboration and integrity. Our guiding principle was to offer our long–standing employees with a unique opportunity to become co–owners and gain exposure to growth and eventual financial independence within the construction sector. The Ndwala BEE Staff Trust, which is made up of five long–term employees, owns 30% of Ndwala Construction, and our holding company owns 70%, thus nurturing a proud tradition of empowering previously disadvantaged groups. With extensive experience in building and construction, we ensure that the quality of our workmanship is without compromise. Each project is built to a high standard of quality, and with our team of highly capable professionals, we’re ready to help clients in the best possible manner. It’s our mission to ensure complete customer satisfaction, completing all projects on time and within budget.
