To facilitate collaboration, the exchange of ideas and good practice between an inter-connected community of early-career engineers to support regional groups to: - Inspire future chemical engineers. - Support Chemical Engineering students. - Provide information and professional development opportunities to early-career professionals. To encourage and nurture effective communication between: - IChemE Early Career Members and appropriate IChemE committees/forums - Recent graduates and early career professionals Where appropriate, seek to support IChemE’s governance structures through representation on committees and forums.
