NegotiCON - International Negotiation Festival

A one-of-a-kind international negotiation festival bringing together crisis negotiation, business negotiation, international trade negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, diplomatic and political negotiation, and academic research on negotiation. Everyone thinks, “It won’t happen to us.” Yet in the Czech Republic alone, there are 20–30 serious cyberattacks daily. Therefore, the topic of 2025 is: "AI, Hackers & The Power of Words." Join us for an insightful event on navigating business in difficult times of digital communication, AI, and cyber threats. This year’s Essence of NegotiCON 2025 will delve into the complexities businesses face today, exploring how to communicate effectively, harness (or not) the power of AI while safeguarding against emerging cyber threats. NegotiCON 2023 attended CEOs, managers, lawyers, doctors, students, IT but also firemen and police amongst others. NegotiCON 2024 was held online. This year we are bringing the experience back in person, to Podebrady and within just 1 day - that's the Essence of NegotiCON 2025!
