SHiFT is a female-owned boutique advisory and coaching firm centered on sales and operations simplification, business strategy and executive leadership & career coaching. We have one goal: helping our clients achieve theirs. SHiFT is founded by Laura James (MBA, ACC, PMP, LSS Black Belt), a Silicon Valley veteran and international consultant to Fortune 500 companies. Laura has held leadership roles at Salesforce, ServiceNow, VMware, and Verizon. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations Transformation at VMware. Our Consulting Philosophy: Transformation is NOT about the platform. We are centered on the belief that real transformation occurs when there is a focus on simplifying culture, business process and customer experience. Transformation starts with identifying opportunities within these core components, baselining and continually measuring the value.
