NEL Construction Consultants started in November 2021, the company is a cost consulting business, predominantly servicing the insurance industry with regarding to estimating and consulting on property loss or builders risk files. I have over 18 years of construction and project management experience within the construction and consulting sectors. My experience includes construction claims analysis, commercial building construction, litigation files, and infrastructure projects. In recent years, I have been involved with repair and rebuild projects related to insurance loss work, this includes apartment and office complexes, hotels, medical facilities, churches, education facilities, industrial processing facilities, arenas, wastewater treatment plants, and hydroelectric power plants. I have also worked on builder’s risk claims on commercial projects. I have extensive experience in monitoring repairs and reviewing submitted costs for allocated time and material projects. Additional expertise includes detailed and conceptual estimates for the scope of repairs and development of bid packages.
