My goal is to share knowledge about patent, trademark and design with enthusiasm - and in an understandable language (no jargon).
Experienced Norwegian and European patent attorney. Have been working in private practice since 2011.
I am not here to "push patents". In fact, you don't always have to apply for patents or register trademarks and industrial designs. However, it is a good idea to: 1) make conscious decisions about the protection of intangible assets and not leave it to chance, 2) make sure to have knowledge about this topic, 3) have an IP-plan, and 4) regularly evaluate the IP-plan, routines and systems.
A common understanding in the company of what intangible assets are and how they are important to you, can help you make better use of them. I will be happy to assist you!
