Nesbitt Development, LLC is an affordable housing development firm founded in 2019 by Eric L. Nesbitt, Esq. The firm is a natural outgrowth from Mr. Nesbit’s work over decades building a successful commercial real estate brokerage firm and a real estate law practice, including representing clients in complex real estate development matters. The primary mission of Nesbitt Development is to do good for and by our community by investing in challenged neighborhoods and the people living in them. This mission includes partnering with like-minded organizations that are committed and passionate about creating affordable housing in inclusive communities to spur neighborhood revitalization. Further, we see room in the Denver market for minority-owned development firms, like ours, eager to engage with qualified, minority-owned construction service providers.
