Neumera is a Silicon Valley based Accounting and Reporting Advisory Services consulting firm comprised of Big 4 Alumni and former public and private companies senior finance executives. We have been providing services to some of the world's most prestigious public and private companies located in and outside of the Bay Area. We provide customized solutions to our clients and our accounting and reporting advisory services include IPO, SPAC, M&A, Audit preparedness, adoption of new accounting standards, accounting restatements and other technical accounting areas. We also help our clients with interim staffing needs ranging from Accounting Manager to Corporate Controller. Our team has worked on several recent SPAC, IPO and M&A deals, as well as helped our clients with various complex technical accounting projects.
