New Technologists

The New Technologists is a results based program measured by long term viable economic mobility for alumni. We provide the skills needed to thrive in the emerging AI economy and the scaffolding necessary to exceed early career expectations. The program is a paid learning experience in a 7 and 12 week program, where college students interested in tech industry careers learn the tools and programming languages to build products. Our Origin Story: Launched in 2015, TNT was created to address the tech industry’s struggle to recruit students from underrepresented backgrounds through traditional recruiting pipelines and practices. Created to be a hands-on experience, students work directly with staff at host organizations to design and develop product solutions for the modern customer.
