Executive Abstract was founded in 1993 by Stephen J. Izzi. We specialize in title insurance and escrow services for all real estate purchases, refinances and home equity transactions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Our team provides comprehensive settlement services for buyers, sellers, brokers, agents and lenders throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Our skilled title professionals perform a careful examination of public records to ensure a property title is valid, and search for any outstanding mortgages, liens, judgments or unpaid taxes associated with the property, as well as any restrictions, easements, leases or other issues that might impact ownership. Title insurance is then issued to eliminate risks and prevent losses should disputes arise over the ownership of the property from potential problems not disclosed in a search. We strive to develop long-term relationships based on the quality of our services and work product.
