Jan has managed HR operations in high-stakes environments, overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and labour negotiations for thousands of employees. His recent roles included HR Manager positions, where he handled recruitment, training, discipline, union negotiations, and dispute resolutions, making him well-equipped to consult on HR and operational issues.
