NextGen Ambassadors

NextGen Ambassadors (NGA) is an independent, non-profit organization born from the master’s program in Transformation and Innovation at the University of Stavanger. Founded by three master’s students, NGA works to empower individuals facing social exclusion by creating pathways to inclusion through meaningful activities, education, and employment. Our mission aligns with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, as we strive to build a society where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential. At NGA, we believe in the power of community, innovation, and shared purpose. Through partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, we address some of today’s most pressing social challenges, especially those impacting youth and adults experiencing exclusion.
