NextGen VTA is a community of young legal professionals and arbitrators under 35, initiated by the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA), with the support of leading law firms, arbitration institutions, and law schools in Vietnam and globally. NextGen VTA promotes the culture of commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and provides a dynamic platform for connection, professional development, and legal knowledge sharing. Through training programs, mentoring, career networking, and international collaborations, NextGen VTA empowers young practitioners to contribute to the sustainable growth of arbitration in Vietnam and to engage with the regional and global arbitration landscape.
