We specialize in 3D printing of automobile frames and components with historical track records, successfully commercializing our technology. We have working relationships with engine manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers with a global presence. We have over 60 contracted scientists, technicians and employees and have developed a strong work relationship with the national academy of science. We focus primarely in the market where there is a demand for transportation system, marine renewable energy generation and efficient electricity transmission. Our material scientists have decades of experience in the development of high-performance metals, ceramics, cermets, composites, coatings, semi-conductor materials, thin film deposition of metal oxides, conductive and non-conductive films, ceramic and polymer materials for selective ions separation, nucleonic materials, and nano-powders. Currently we are producing blade prototypes for major jet engine manufacturers with novel super hard abrasion-resistant finish. Project operated by the team that first commercialized Aluminum Scandium alloys in the mid 1990’s and is in subsidiary of NEXTMetals, known as NEXAlMet. We control the complete solution from extensive tailing stockpile sources of scandium along with proven extraction technology and processing to our final Aluminum Scandium alloys. We also have a range of nano-structured high-performance aluminum alloys for casting, forging, extruding and 3D printing.
