My fuss-free fitness and nutrition guidance helps them understand what their body needs in order to produce long lasting results. My primary focus is on educating them on how to move and eat specifically for them so when their goal changes, they know what to do.

I'm for a bespoke, personalised approach to eating and movement. I'm for personal goal setting. I'm for helping my clients to finally achieve their weight loss goal and keeping it off once and for all. I'm for small, simple and actionable steps that can be implemented straight away.
I've spent most of my life studying and competing professionally to understand my own body so I can support other women in understanding theirs.

I don't believe in meal plans. I don't believe that I can create a meal plan for you that you will be able to stick too and I don't believe in setting you up for failure either. In these sessions I will guide you through the simple and effective science of nutrition.
