Team Nirbhoya is a social initiative dedicated to improving sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) and promoting gender equality in marginalized communities across Bangladesh. Focused on empowering underprivileged men, women, and adolescents, particularly in the tea forest areas of Sreemangal, Nirbhoya addresses critical issues such as menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and SRHR education.

To create a sustainable impact by raising awareness, providing accessible education, and fostering financial independence for women in marginalized regions through innovative and inclusive solutions.
