After 30 years in sales and sales leadership, working with companies from start-ups to large international conglomerates, I have seen and experienced good and bad marketing and sales strategies, analytics, execution, coaching, leadership, hiring, onboarding, training, and career development. That said, I have decided to embark on a new chapter of my professional career and start a consulting business, Niskar Group Consulting that allows me to use my numerous award-winning experiences, skills, resources, analytics, and strategies to help companies reach and exceed their expectations. My passion is to educate, coach, and provide the tools to help salespeople, sales leaders, and sales executives see the forest through the trees and focus on the competencies and behaviors that can build a winning strategy and culture to accelerate growth in both the people that work for the company and its revenues.
