Established in 2012, Nisou Enterprises, Inc., an 8(a), WOSB, Total Small Business, began work as a general contractor specializing in the performance of new construction, facility renovation, and repair. Nisou typically self-performs at least 15% of the construction project value excluding materials. Nisou has self performance capabilities in demolition, exterior renovation, and site excavation, minor concrete work and installing signage. Additionally, we take on the role of overall project manager, covering estimation, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, on-site supervision, safety, and quality control to drive successful quality, cost, and schedule results on every project we undertake. The Nisou team provides stream-lined processes and procedures throughout the project life cycle. Ongoing and effective communication along with construction industry contacts, give Nisou the ability to attract skilled, qualified resources for each project. In combination with our firm’s experience with Federal Government clients as a Prime Contractor and performance as a subcontractor on projects of various scope and size, Nisou can deliver highly responsive and top-quality construction services.
