Noise Cancelling ADHD Coaching

Providing ADHD Coaching to help you to cut through the noise and identify ways you can work with your ADHD instead of battling against it. I have worked in environments where coaching is at the core of all people interactions. I also have extensive lived experience of having ADHD and lived experience of ADHD coaching having received this. To complement my lived experience I am ADHD Works accredited through their CPD Certified ADHD Coach Training. People with ADHD can have up to a 30% developmental delay in Executive Function and some things can be even more challenging for ADHD’ers. Everyone is unique and ADHD shows up differently for everyone. We will identify what is most valuable to you. My coaching primarily focuses on Executive Function, but I will work with you to listen and understand so that we can identify a personalised approach that allows you to feel comfortable that works for you.
