We aim to improve lives by addressing SDOH challenges in East African communities through public health and community wealth building initiatives. Nolosha’s mission is to create impactful change within East African communities, improving the conditions in which they are born, grow, live, work, and age, with a focus on the five major social determinants of health. Our vision is to address the social determinants of health that affect East African communities through public health initiatives and community wealth building projects that have a long-term impact on the ability to live free of social and economic barriers.
