About the coach: Nora is a curious person with a natural problem solving ability. She has been working with personal development for 10 years and loves to help teams, companies, and individuals reach their goals by providing support, advice, and training. Nora's greatest passion is helping others grow and develop in their careers and lives by using programs such as Insights Discovery (TM), Behavioral Elements (TM), and theories on human core drives to name a few. Nora's approach to coaching and training focuses on helping people become self-aware so they can make better decisions about themselves or their business. By taking a holistic view of what challenges are faced by leaders, staff members or employees, or simply the people in our lives, she helps them discover more effective ways to deal with these issues while also identifying new opportunities. Her international training experience as well as participation in EU boards within the health care sector has helped her develop excellent communication and leadership skills. When Nora works with a team or an individual she helps them identify their strengths and weaknesses and how they can apply them more effectively. Nora believes that all people are capable of achieving greatness, and are inherently important and valued.
