Nova Fase Consultores was founded in 1998 as a multidisciplinary consultancy firm, providing solutions and combining financial consulting, tax and accounting services to a wide range of private and public sector clients. With offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Puerto Rico and our affiliate office in London, Brackman & Co LLP, we are able to provide a comprehensive range of services to both Brazilian and International clients. Following the recent trends on the high-tech innovation development environment, Nova Fase Tecnologia comes to support the startups´ ecosystem through its consultants and associates. In a partnership with the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, we provide all necessary advising to Brazilian entrepreneurs, whose focus on services and products is technological innovation, to access the State Startup Accelerator called Parallel 18 - P18, whose goal is the internationalization of Brazilian startups and its commercial entry into the whole American market with long-term stability and planning. In the same way, we promote fundraising and advising to the Brazilian startups deal equally with investors and investment funds willing to leverage their operations at an advanced stage, being ready to face the market. Therefore, with this proposal our team of consultants will foster the development of new initiatives, events, evaluation and validation of all that is most innovative and disruptive in the Brazilian market.
