Now Matters Now helps people navigate suicidal thoughts and mental health crises by sharing free, evidence-based tools and real stories from those who’ve been there. Rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we break down barriers to care and offer tools and community for building meaningful lives. Our free, virtual, peer-led support groups provide a safe, judgment-free space to connect with others, share lived experiences, and practice evidence-based coping skills. Participants can join anonymously, with no pressure to speak or appear on camera. Our website serves as a free, online library of science-backed mental health and suicide prevention tools rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Co-developed by people with lived experience and clinical experts, the library includes video stories, how-to steps, community tips, and downloadable resources and training courses for both individuals and clinicians.
