Additionally, nSCALE sources its own land development deals with the intention of partnering with experienced developers in its network and providing architectural services as a Co-GP. With in-house capabilities for deal sourcing, underwriting, planning, design, and project management, nSCALE is well-positioned to identify development opportunities and raise capital. As a result, the company is in the early stages of launching its first investment fund, which will deploy pre-development GP capital in development projects led by experienced sponsors in its network.
