RISE Community Collaborative

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We're a collaborative of individuals from multiple sectors of the community with a passion for community development and a mission to address the socioeconomic issues affecting our area. The collaborative is an affiliate of Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries. Alongside partnering with and supporting existing community initiatives that promote community development, we provide professional development and community trainings that focus on cultural humility, trauma informed care, advocacy, and workforce development, and raise awareness about the barriers that impact disinvested populations. We also host resource fairs that connect people to community services.
