NTP-Stag Owner to Acquire Coast Distribution

LKQ Corp., the parent company of Keystone Automotive and NTP-Stag, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Coast Distribution, a parts and accessories distributor, for $5.50 per share in cash.
In October last year, LKQ subsidiary Keystone Automotive, consolidated large swaths of the North American RV distribution business in an acquisition of Stag-Parkway, adding the company to NTP to create NTP-Stag.

Keystone Automotive Operations, the parent company of NTP Distribution, has acquired Atlanta-based Stag-Parkway, according to a letter from NTP Vice President and General Manager Joe Santangelo announcing the deal dated Oct. 5 2014.
Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“The combination of NTP and Stag-Parkway brings together two leading companies in the RV space that are committed to delivering greater value to customers and suppliers while remaining focused on growing our combined businesses,” Santangelo said in the news release.
Keystone acquired NTP in October 2011.
Founded in 1968, Stag-Parkway has 12 distribution centers across North America, according to the company's website.
