NTU Hall of Residence 9, established in August 1994, is the one of the 21 halls in Nanyang Technological University, comprising of four blocks and houses a total of 600 residents. It is located at 24 Nanyang Avenue in Cluster D (Hall 8,9,10 & 11).
The 24th Junior Common Room Committee (JCRC) of Hall 9 consists of 16 passionate and dedicated office bearers who take care of Hall 9 and organise all of its activities. To achieve our mission in fostering closeness among the residents and to promote an unique hall 9 experience, the 24th JCRC will strive to do their best to uphold the integrity of the hall through their spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
