Nuclear and Regulatory Support Services LLC (NRSS) is a small business created to combine the scientific, engineering, regulatory and project management capabilities of three award winning small businesses with nearly 50 years of experience in the nuclear, environmental and energy industries: Beckman & Associates (BAA), Sala & Associates (Sala), and D2 Technical Services, LLC (D2TS). Together, the companies deliver an extraordinary range of expertise and experience solving complex problems for government agencies (federal, state and local), national laboratories, utilities and commercial clients. Our technical and management support services include a wide variety of engineering and scientific disciplines, as well as the critical services necessary to succeed in a highly regulated environment (project management, quality assurance, information technology, corrective action, root cause and accident investigation).
