NUJS Weekend Lecture Series

The Weekend Lecture Series, conceptualized as a medium to bridge the industry-academia gap, seeks to do so by providing exposure to the Student Body of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, in form of lectures by the leading academicians, practitioners and experts. As a society of the Student Juridical Association, it invites some of most distinguished names in field of politics, policy, academia as well as the dignitaries holding or having the experience of holding prestigious public offices, for delivering lectures on various contemporary issues, which are organised and recorded for educational purposes by the society itself. The lectures are also made available at social media platforms, where they are within the reach of anyone who seeks to avail them for educational purposes. The society aims to add to the good will of University in the academic circles as well create a holistic environment for the Student Body to interact and learn from the best minds in their respective fields.
