Founded in 2008, Nuvo Wellbeing is a multi-award-winning social enterprise dedicated to helping people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds feel positive, move more, and live well. 💛
We specialise in delivering fun, accessible, and affordable dance and wellbeing programmes, along with training that improves physical and mental health across communities. From schools to care homes, we bring movement and connection to those who need it most.
Over the past 17 years, we’ve supported more than 54,000 people through our community classes, funded projects, and training, and that number keeps growing.
Recognised both nationally and internationally, our work is backed by trusted partnerships with Sport England, the NHS, Arts Council England, local authorities, and public health teams. We also collaborate with universities and independent evaluators to track outcomes like increased physical activity, wellbeing, and long-term behaviour change. 🤝
As a not-for-profit organisation, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We believe everyone deserves access to wellbeing, regardless of postcode or income, and we reinvest any surplus into local community projects. 💚
