About NVFK

De Nederlandse Vereniging voor Kinderfysiotherapie (NVFK) is een beroepsvereniging met bijna 1.000 leden en is in 1985 opgericht. De NVFK maakt als erkende beroepsinhoudelijke vereniging deel uit van het Koninklijk Nederlands Genootschap voor Fysiotherapie (KNGF). Naast het bestuur kent de vereniging diverse commissies en projectgroepen. De NVFK voert een beleid dat gericht is op de toekomst van het vak kinderfysiotherapie. Met betrekking tot fysiotherapie voor kinderen is dit beleid gericht op het bevorderen van kennis en wetenschap, het behartigen van belangen van leden, het adviseren van het KNGF, het organiseren/initiëren van na- en bijscholing en het bevorderen van nationale en internationale samenwerkingsverbanden.
