The OakTree Mentoring Program aims to connect nurses and midwives across the globe to find purpose and inspiration, be energized, nourished, and supported, empowering a global community built on “the strength of oneness”. The OakTree Mentoring Program, is an online virtual program which pairs nurses and midwives seeking guidance and support with more experienced practitioners, who are willing to commit to supporting others professional development. We are growing, with hundreds of nurses across 55 countries around the world, the vision is to have members from every country in the world, building the community of connection.
