Oasis Design Group was a landscape architecture, master planning, and urban design firm in Baltimore, Maryland. Oasis was founded in 2005 by Scott C. Scarfone, ASLA, PLA, who is now at Kimley-Horn's Baltimore office and works nationwide.
Oasis designed engaging places for living, socializing, learning, working, and renewal. It had diverse projects and clients nationwide. The firm’s portfolio of work varied in size and scope and included public gardens; parks and open spaces; urban riverfronts, streetscapes, plazas, mixed-use developments, and rooftop gardens; large-scale planning; wineries/vineyards; and residential communities. Oasis designed memorable places.
