Onel Builder Resources, Inc.

Onel Builder Resources, also known as OBRI, is an established construction company that was organized and operational in 1992. It started when a Korean company hired its services that year for the structural design and construction of an 8-hectare factory building with offices and staff houses. In 1998, the company ventured into finishing works of high rise buildings. It's major project was when D.M. Consunji Inc. had a joint venture with Laing Construction and hired OBRI as its Finishing Contractor for Rockwell Residential Towers. In 1999, OBRI's services was hired by Rockwell Land Corporation for the fit-out and refurbishing of several units within the numerous buildings in Rockwell Residential Towers. Subsequently, some of the unit owners in the buildings decided to hire OBRI services for their units, as well as their houses and condo units, not only in Rockwell but in other places as well. In 2000, OBRI once again was awarded by Rockwell Land Corporation a project that includes the finishing and fit-out works for Power Plant Mall. Eventually, some of the store owners or tenants in the mall decided to hire OBRI to do the fit-outs for their individual units. This time, fabrication works such as steel railings and cabinets were started by OBRI. In 2001, OBRI was incorporated and the company name was changed to Onel Builder Resources, Inc.. At present, the company is not only doing fit-out of residences and condominiums, but also of offices. OBRI also engages in general construction works from structural to finishing works. There are currently numerous projects at hand that OBRI is catering to right now. Full support is given to each client, no matter how small or huge each may be, from conceptualization to turn-over, from OBRI's dedicated and well-trained staff and workers.
