At Ocean Ability Alliance, we are committed to breaking down barriers—for individuals with visible and invisible disabilities—that prevent individuals with diverse abilities from engaging in marine conservation. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of physical ability, can actively contribute to the critical work of protecting our oceans. We champion equal access to internships and employment in marine conservation by advocating for organisations to adopt flexible roles and provide the necessary support for individuals with disabilities. Together, we are building a future where every person has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our planet’s oceans.
