A utilities company established last February 23, 2016, and reorganized into its present form, Ocean Eagle Philippines Inc. is a utilities company that mainly operates in the municipalities of the Philippines while its headquarters is situated in Pasig City, NCR. Its services include the design and operation of water districts and energy installations Since the beginning of 2016, OEPI began pursuing water projects in the Philippines. These projects were mainly: a) Concession Agreements / Contracts where OEPI would takeover the management of entire Water District or LGU Waterworks; and b) Bulk Water Supply Contracts where OEPI supply bulk water to a Water District or Municipal Waterworks. The company itself is the parent while its subsidiaries solely handle the operations of the former’s projects.
