Organizational Development Consultants International established in 1999 is an international consultancy firm engaged in the provision of consultancy services to different organizations in the specialized fields of Organization Development, Development and Capacity Building. ODC Intl. Country Office Afghanistan formally started its operations in the year 2002 after its registration with the Afghanistan Government. ODC Intl. recognizes the competitive environment of today’s world, where organizations face multiple challenges and threats, created from turbulent environment, increased competition, changing customers-donors-beneficiaries’ demands and requirements.
