OD Network Malaysia

Organisation Development Network Malaysia (ODNM) is a Community of Learning formed in July 2017 and officially a registered society in July 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to meet the need of professionals interested in this field. Our vision to promote the practice and mindset of OD in Malaysia drives us towards positive changes that is meaningful for people around us. The community is open to everyone who desires to make a positive change, professionally or personally. We are guided by the belief that: - Anyone who wants positive change is an OD practitioner - OD is for everyone, not just people from HR or L&D background - OD skills are learnable and transferable - The right way to do OD is the way that the system accepts We welcome everyone who are aligned to ODNM’s vision to be part of this community. As this community consist of people who are practitioners (works within an organisation context) and service providers (provide services to an organisation), it is important we respect each other and establish trust. Our ‘community ethics & practices’ is a set of guideline to establish this sense of respect and trust. They are: - Everyone has a right to their opinion. Do not insist or expect others to agree with yours. - This is a professional community, not a dating event. - Networking is highly encouraged but selling is not. Hard selling is a turn off to our members.
